Accommodation

We have just two rooms, one double and one twin -  each has its own private facilities comprising WC/shower or bath, complimentary toiletries, white towels and bathrobes.  All our beds are comfortable with high quality bedding and each room has a flat screen digital TV, complimentary refreshments, bottled water, hairdryer, radio alarm, cold air fan, night light etc.

The ground-floor rooms at your disposal are the Farmhouse Kitchen where you may have your breakfast, the Guest Lounge and our new Conservatory which leads out onto the courtyard also a Guest WC which leads off the main hallway.

            Single Occupancy    - £40

Summer Period – 30 March to 31 October 2008
            Double Occupancy - £60
            Single Occupancy - £45

Note – a deposit of £10 per person per night is required to secure the reservation


ADDITIONAL FEATURES

• Ample parking for your transport right outside the House.
• There is a Non-Smoking Policy inside the House but you
are welcome to smoke outside in the Garden or in the Courtyard
• You may use our laundry facilities – please ask to use the
washing or ironing equipment
• Sorry – we do not cater for children or pets
• Checking in time – any time after 4 pm 
   - if guests arrive before 4pm, please inform us of your time of arrival and we will do our best
      to accommodate you.
• Checking out time – 11 am
• Methods of payment – cash, cheque, credit/debit cards

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation prior to 14 days of the date of the first night's booking there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid.  In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the date of the first night's booking a cancellation fee equal to the whole cost of the deposit paid will be charged.  Visitors are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
